Happy June!
May is always such a busy time of year, I am usually relieved to see the calendar turn the page to June. This year was no different as my youngest son graduated from high school and will be headed to James Madison University this fall. Any other Dukes out there?

Featured this week are two homes at the opposite end of the spectrum in size, but both have elements that are very representative of the Eastern Shore. The first is an Oxford cottage tucked away in the historic district. It is the white-picket-fence weekend getaway of your dreams! Simply, easy and uncomplicated. The other is a legacy-type property with grand style and lavish appointments. This impressive Georgian home is surrounded by 8 acres and 2500+/- feet of shoreline. Thanks for looking!
