Everything is fixable and negotiable. The home inspector should never be the determining factor of a home purchase. A home inspector should provide an in-depth evaluation of the home an a report with sufficient evidence to support their findings. An agent can use that report to complete the negotiation process. If a seller is willing to fix all the item in a report then the house is essentially perfect and should be bought.
