How to Eliminate a Gnat Infestation at Home

1. Remove Attractants
   The first step in eliminating gnats is to remove their sources of attraction. Here are some tips:
   
   Dispose of overripe fruits and vegetables: Fruit flies are notorious for breeding in rotting produce, so keep your kitchen clean and free from these temptations.
   
   Empty and clean trash cans: Make sure your trash cans are tightly sealed and regularly cleaned to prevent gnats from feasting on food scraps.
