Email List Upload Policy
Newsletter Station is a service to create and send email newsletter for clients. All clients are provided with code for an online subscribe form to add subscribers to their email list database. The subscribe form uses a double opt-in, or confirmed opt-in, process. Following this process a new subscriber fills out the online signup form including their email address. The new subscriber is automatically sent a confirmation email. The new subscriber must click the confirmation link in the confirmation email to be added to the email list database.
We closely monitor the results of our emails and comply with best practices when adding email addresses to our database. Prior to uploading all submitted lists to our main database, we run them through a bulk email test. All email addresses that fail this test are discard and never added to our database. We require that all clients comply with our List Upload Policy before submitting email lists to us for upload. A very strict email list policy is required to participate. All submitted clients email lists must meet the following.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
- The email addresses submitted are not from a purchased or rented list, even from a reputable source.
- The email addresses submitted are not gathered from websites or any publicly available source.
- The email addresses do not come from a list of members of an association, trade show vendors, fellow industry members, etc.
We only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give us via web forms, email or other direct contact from you. We will never sell or rent this information to anyone.
Contact Us Forms
If you use our website "Contact Us" form, we will use your information strictly to respond to you. We will never share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.
When you subscribe to one of our email newsletters that is the only communication you will receive. We do not send promotional emails or any other form of communication to subscribers.
Subscribers may opt out of future emails at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link we include at the bottom of every email newsletter. Subscribers may also send us a request to unsubscribe via email. When people unsubscribe we permanently remove their email address from our database.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
